Description

Although it is pretty easy to find vegan Worcestershire sauce these days, it usually contains refined sugar. This is a tasty, sugar-free version.

  • ✓ 6 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ✓ 2 tablespoons wheat-free tamari
  • ✓ 1 - 2 medjool dates
  • ✓ 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
  • ✓ 2 teaspoons mustard
  • ✓ 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • ✓ 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
  • ✓ 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ✓ 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ✓ 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • ✓ 1 pinch ground cloves
  • ✓ 1/4 cup filtered water
  1. Blend all ingredients until combined.
  2. Pour through a strainer into a cup.
  3. Then use a funnel to pour into a glass bottle or jar.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
