  • ✓ 1 12.3-ounce firm or extra-firm, low-fat silken tofu
  • ✓ 1/2 – 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • ✓ 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • ✓ 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ✓ 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • ✓ 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ✓ 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth. Best when chilled before using.
