Description

Servings: 2

  • ✓ 4-5 cups spring mix greens or baby spinach
  • ✓ 1/2 red cabbage sliced
  • ✓ 1/2 carrots sliced
  • ✓ 6-10 cherry tomatoes
  • ✓ 1/2 cup zucchini chopped
  • ✓ 1/2 cup edamame, black beans or garbanzo beans
  • ✓ 1/8 cup yellow sweet pepper sliced
  • ✓ 1/8 cup orange sweet pepper sliced
  • ✓ 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ✓ 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ✓ Walnuts chopped (optional)
  • ✓ Ground pepper

Layer all ingredients in order of listing. Top with Fresh Peach Oil-Free Salad Dressing.
