Servings: 1   Serving Size: 1 jar

  • ✓ 1/4 cup whole rolled oats (organic preferred)
  • ✓ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
  • ✓ 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ✓ ½-1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ✓ pinch cinnamon

TOPPING IDEAS

  • Chopped pecans, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, or hemp seeds

  • Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, goji berries

  • Chopped/diced apples, bananas, peaches or your favorite in-season fruits

  1. Place all the ingredients in a jar, cover tightly, and shake!
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy the next morning. Great cold during the summer months, but also delicious heated in the winter when a hot breakfast is more desirable.
