  • ✓ 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • ✓ ¼ cup chopped nuts of choice (optional)
  • ✓ ¼ cup sunflower seeds, unsalted
  • ✓ 1 cup raisins or dried cranberries, or dates
  • ✓ ½ teaspoon salt
  • ✓ 6 tablespoons water
  • ✓ 2 tablespoons date syrup or maple syrup
  • ✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl, mix oats, seeds, nuts, and dried fruit.
  3. In a small bowl mix salt, water, and syrup until combined.
  4. Add liquid to oat mixture, until evenly coated.
  5. Spread mixture on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper of a silicon mat.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, toss every 20 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container.
