  • ✓ 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of plant-based milk, 1 banana
  • ✓ 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
  • ✓ *frozen berries (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix for about 1 minute.
  2. Pour the batter directly on a heated waffle maker; you might need to use a little cooking spray to prevent from sticking.
  3. Serve with your favorite toppings.

NOTES:
- The mixture will get ticker as it sits... so you might want to add a bit of milk or water if it gets to tick to pour.
- For a healthier and more nutritious syrup, blend berries with maple syrup.

VARIATIONS:
- Add fruits to batter such as blueberries, bananas, strawberries. Etc.
- Add chocolate chips to batter
