Ingredients
✓ ¼ cup white beans
✓ ¾ cup cashews or pecans soaked in water for at least 1 hour
✓ ¼ cup water or veggie broth for more flavor
✓ 1-2 Tablespoon lemon juice
✓ 2 teaspoon white vinegar
✓ 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
✓ ½ teaspoon nutritional yeast
✓ salt to taste
Instructions
Soak cashews for an hour.
Rinse beans.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
NOTE: You can use all 1 cup of cashews and eliminate the beans if desired.
