  • ✓ ¼ cup white beans
  • ✓ ¾ cup cashews or pecans soaked in water for at least 1 hour
  • ✓ ¼ cup water or veggie broth for more flavor
  • ✓ 1-2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • ✓ 2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ✓ 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ✓ ½ teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • ✓ salt to taste
  1. Soak cashews for an hour.
  2. Rinse beans.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

NOTE: You can use all 1 cup of cashews and eliminate the beans if desired.
