  • ✓ 3 cups mashed - baked- sweet potato
  • ✓ 2Tbsp vegan butter, melted (and some extra to butter the baking dish)
  • ✓ 1/2 cups of oat milk vanilla, unsweetened
  • ✓ 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ✓ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ✓ 1/4 tsp ground Ginger powder
  • ✓ 1/2 cup raw Brown sugar
  • ✓ 1/8 teaspoon cloves grounded
  • ✓ 1/8 teaspoon grounded allspice
  • ✓ 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ✓ 3/4 cup Maple glazed toasted pecans
  • ✓ 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows
  • ✓ 2 Tbsp Vegan Chocolate Chips
  1. In a large bowl combine the first 10 ingredients and with a hand mixed blend until well incorporated.
  2. Place into a well buttered (using vegan butter) baking dish. Add marshmallows and/or other toppings.
  3. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool on the counter.
  5. Sprinkle with the toasted pecans.
  6. Serve and enjoy with almond milk whipped cream or plant-based ice cream.
