  • ✓ 24 ounces of hulled strawberries
  • ✓ 2 Tablespoons agave or coconut nectar
  • ✓ 3/4 Cup low-fat coconut milk
  • ✓ 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • ✓ Pinch of iodized sea salt
  • ✓ Slivered mint for serving
  1. Place the strawberries in a food processor or blender, and process until completely smooth. Strain through a chinoise or fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
  2. Stir in the nectar, coconut milk, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Chill until ready to serve.
  4. Serve topped with slivers of fresh mint.
