This delicious creamy dessert is easy to make with only four ingredients. It’s perfect as a special Christmas pudding but is so simple and quick to prepare. With tofu and cocoa powder as the main ingredients it’s packed with protein, fiber and antioxidants.
Ingredients
✓ 12oz (350g) silken tofu
✓ ¼ cup maple syrup
✓ ¼ cup cocoa powder
✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Put all four ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into individual pots and refrigerate for four hours.
