Hands down, my favourite snack is hummus, but store-bought hummus can sometimes have added oil. This recipe from High Carb Hannah is delicious, easy-to-make and oil-free. She uses aqua faba which is the liquid in the garbanzo bean (chickpea) can, so be sure to save it when you’re draining your garbanzo beans. Homemade tortilla chips are also easy to make.
