Description

Two Ways to make.

I) ORANGE HUMMUS DRESSING

  • ✓ ½ cup leftover hummus
  • ✓ 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or ½ of a lemon)
  • ✓ 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ✓ 1 teaspoon liquid aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
  • ✓ 1 small clove of garlic (or more if you really like garlic!)
  • ✓ 1 teaspoon agave nectar or maple syrup
  • ✓ 1 tablespoon water
  • ✓ 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and deseeded
  • ✓ Salt and pepper to taste

II) BALSAMIC HUMMUS DRESSING

  1. ½ cup leftover hummus

  2. ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar

  3. 2 tablespoons applesauce

  4. 1 clove garlic

  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  6. Salt and pepper to taste

  7. Optional - Fresh chopped parsley (or basil or oregano, if desired)

I) ORANGE HUMMUS DRESSING

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth

 

II) BALSAMIC HUMMUS DRESSING

Add all ingredients except fresh herbs to the blender and blend until smooth. Stir in optional fresh herbs before serving.
