This is a fun and flavorful recipe that is perfect for making with kids! It’s easy to adjust the
types and amount of ingredients to your preference.
12 ounce packages Carrot Sticks, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Favorite seasonings:
Chili lime
Seasoning salt
Black pepper
1. Rinse and drain the carrot sticks. Add to a Tupperware bowl that has a tight lid.
2. Sprinkle in about 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and all selected seasonings.
3. Place the lid on the bowl tight and shake until well coated.
4. Place seasoned carrots on an air fryer tray and cook at 400’ F degrees for about 18-
20 minutes. (until desired tenderness/crispiness).
Enjoy as is or with a favorite dipping sauce.
