  • ✓ 3-4 cups fresh cranberries
  • ✓ 2 apples , chopped
  • ✓ 2 oranges, chopped
  • ✓ 1 cup pitted Medjool dates, chopped
  • ✓ 1⁄2 cup pecans (optional)
  • ✓ 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (optional), grated
  • ✓ 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ✓ 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
  1. Pulse the cranberries and the dates in a food processor until roughly chopped.
  2. Add the cinnamon, cloves, apples, oranges, and ginger if desired, and pulse until chopped smaller but still chunky.
  3. Add the pecans, and pulse just until mixed in.
  4. Chill to let the flavors meld.
