Ingredients
✓ 3 cans of chickpeas
✓ juice of 1 lemon
✓ 3-4 cloves of garlic
✓ 1 bunch of cilantro (3-4 cups)
✓ 1⁄2 tsp cumin
Instructions
Add one can of chickpeas (with the liquid) to a high-speed blender.
Drain the other two cans and add only the chickpeas to the blender.
Next add the remainder of the ingredients and blend on high for one minute or so.
