(a PCRM recipe)

  • ✓ 1 block soft silken tofu
  • ✓ 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
  • ✓ 2 Tablespoons cacao powder
  • ✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Open and drain the tofu block if needed.
  2. Place it in a high speed blender together with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth or your desired consistency.
  3. Serve with fresh berries.
