Ingredients
✓ 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked for 2 hours
✓ 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
✓ 2 teaspoons onion powder
✓ 1/4 teaspoon cumin
✓ 1/4 cup tomato soak water
✓ cayenne to taste
✓ salt to taste
✓ 1 lb. Carrots
✓ 2 tablespoons dried minced onions
Instructions
Add the first seven ingredients to a blender and blend into a smooth paste.
Run the carrots through the juicer, saving the pulp.
Add the tomato mixture and the dried minced onions to the carrot pulp, and stir with a fork until the paste is totally combined with the pulp.
Your taco filling is ready, enjoy!
