  • ✓ 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked for 2 hours
  • ✓ 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
  • ✓ 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ✓ 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • ✓ 1/4 cup tomato soak water
  • ✓ cayenne to taste
  • ✓ salt to taste
  • ✓ 1 lb. Carrots
  • ✓ 2 tablespoons dried minced onions
  1. Add the first seven ingredients to a blender and blend into a smooth paste.
  2. Run the carrots through the juicer, saving the pulp.
  3. Add the tomato mixture and the dried minced onions to the carrot pulp, and stir with a fork until the paste is totally combined with the pulp.

Your taco filling is ready, enjoy!
