There are so many ways to make mocktails that the whole family can enjoy! Here are just a few that my family and I enjoy!
Ingredients
I) BLOOD ORANGE MOCKTAIL
Juice of 1 blood orange
8 ounces of ginger ale - I used one
sweetened with Agave.
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 spring of fresh rosemary for garnish
1 slice of blood orange for garnish
II) BLOODY MARY MOCKTAIL - HAPPY HERBIVORE
✓ 8 ounces water
✓ 8 ounces tomato sauce
✓ 1 tablespoon hot sauce
✓ 1 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
✓ 1 1⁄2 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
✓ 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
✓ 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
✓ pinch of celery seed (optional)
✓ Black salt (optional)
✓ 1 celery stalk
✓ 1 lemon or lime wedge
✓ green olives with brine (optional)
III) MIMOSA MOCKTAIL
Fresh orange juice
Ginger ale (see pictures of two of my favorites below)
IV) GRAPEFRUIT MIMOSA MOCKTAIL
Fever-Tree sparkling pink grapefruit or fresh grapefruit
Ginger ale (see pictures of two of my favorites below)
V) CRANBERRY/RASPBERRY LIME FIZZ MOCKTAIL
1 can of Zevia cranberry raspberry soda
4 ounces of club soda
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Cranberries (fresh or dried), raspberries or blueberries for garnish
Instructions
I) BLOOD ORANGE MOCKTAIL
Juice the orange into a container
Pour in ginger ale to blood orange juice
Add lime juice and stir
Add orange slice and rosemary garnish
II) BLOODY MARY MOCKTAIL - HAPPY HERBIVORE
Whish the water, tomato sauce, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and spices together. Taste and add more hot sauce, mustard or spices as desired.
Garnish rims of two tall glasses with celery salt or black salt (optional)
Fill the glasses with ice, add the bloody Mary mix.
Add celery stalk and lemon or lime wedge with olives.
III) MIMOSA MOCKTAIL
Combine equal parts of orange juice and ginger ale.
Chill and serve in a wine glass.
IV) GRAPEFRUIT MIMOSA MOCKTAIL
Combine equal parts of grapefruit juice and ginger ale.
