Cook Nayem

  • ✓ 3⁄4 cup frozen berries of choice
  • ✓ 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ✓ 4 teaspoons orange juice
  1. In a medium bowl, combine frozen berries, chia seeds and orange juice.
  2. Cover and leave at room temperature for three hours, or overnight in the fridge, until fruit thawed.
  3. Once berries are thawed, mash and combine mixture with a fork until desired consistency.
  4. Let the mixture rest another few hours until chia seeds are nice and plump.
  5. Add a teaspoon of maple syrup if more sweetness is desired.
