This yummy smoothie is healthy and delicious. The potassium from the banana gives you energy.
VARIATIONS:
- If you want a thinner smoothie, add an extra half cup of plant milk.
- Use any kind of peanut butter, crunchy or smooth; you can use almond butter but I like the taste with peanut butter better.
- Cinnamon is great as it slows down sugar going into your blood; use half as much cinnamon if you want less cinnamon flavor.
