This feta is goon on salads, pasta, or just by itself
✓ 1-pound extra-firm tofu
✓ 2 tablespoons water
✓ 4 teaspoons yellow miso paste
✓ 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
✓ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
✓ 1 teaspoon salt
✓ 2 teaspoons dried basil
✓ 1 teaspoon dried oregano
✓ 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
✓ 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Instructions
Press the tofu to get the water out for 15 minutes
Break the tofu into small pieces and set aside. Whisk the water, miso, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, basil, oregano, and rosemary. Mix until well combined.
Add the tofu to the bowl. Let rest for at least 10 – 20 minutes. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast.
