This is a plant-based version of the traditional Indian mango lassi yogurt-based drink and is refined sugar free!

Prep time: 2 minutes

Makes 4 servings

  • ✓ 1 cup non-dairy milk (unsweetened vanilla soy or almond milk are good choices)
  • ✓ 1 heaping cup frozen mango chunks
  • ✓ ¼ cup unroasted cashews
  • ✓ 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave nectar)
  • ✓ 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ✓ Tiny dash of iodized sea salt (optional)
  • ✓ ⅛ teaspoon cardamom
  • ✓ ⅛ teaspoon turmeric
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add another splash of non-dairy milk if you want it less thick.
