  • ✓ 1 package firm silken tofu
  • ✓ 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • ✓ 1/3 maple syrup
  • ✓ Fruit for topping (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Place in individual serving dishes and add additional fruit toppings if using.
