✓ 2 vegan pie crusts (easy to find or you can make your own)
✓ 5 c frozen blueberries
✓ 1⁄2 c tapioca or corn starch
✓ 1⁄2 c sweetener (date paste, maple syrup)
Instructions
Heat up over at 400°F.
Place blueberries in a big bowl. Add the tapioca and sweetener and then mix all ingredients well.
Place 1 pie crust in a pie dish and then add the blubbery mixture to it. Cover it with the second pie crust and fold in the edges. Lastly, make 4-5 slit cuts on top of the pie.
