  • Ingredients

  • 1 c. corn

  • 3 c. kale (rinsed, and ripped into bite sized pieces)

  • 1⁄2 c. red cabbage (cut up in small pieces)

  • 1⁄2 c. green cabbage (cut up in small pieces)

  • 1⁄2 T. hempseeds

  • 1 T lemon juice

 

(dressing)

  • ✓ 1⁄2 tsp balsamic glaze
  • ✓ 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ✓ 2 T filtered water
  • ✓ 1⁄4 tsp molasses
  • ✓ 1 T maple syrup
  • ✓ 1⁄2 tsp sesame seeds
  • ✓ 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
  • ✓ 1⁄4 tsp powdered ginger
  • Instructions
  1. Massage kale with lemon juice.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve with dressing of choice, or balsamic dressing.

  1. Put all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk with a fork.
