  • ✓ 1 cup of cashews
  • ✓ 2 tablespoons apricot paste
  • ✓ 1/3-1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • ✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Cover and soak cashews in water overnight or soak cashews in boiling water for 40 minutes until soft.
  2. Pour off water and place cashews in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  3. Add other ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
