This is an easy dip that is rich, creamy, and chocolatey!
Ingredients
✓ 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
✓ 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
✓ 6 Tablespoons maple syrup
✓ 1⁄2 cup plant milk
✓ 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
✓ Dark dairy-free Chocolate chips (optional to top)
Instructions
Drain and wash the chickpeas.
Add all ingredients but peanut butter and chips in to the food processor
Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too dry, add 1-2 Tablespoons more of plant milk.
Once the mixture is smooth, pour into a serving bowl.
Gently swirl in the peanut butter and top with chocolate chips.
