These chickpea nibbles make a great high protein, high fiber, and low fat snack.
Ingredients
✓ 2 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained and rinsed
✓ ¼ teaspoon salt
✓ 2 – 4 teaspoons of herbs of your choice, examples: chili powder, curry powder, smoked paprika, rosemary, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder or your favorite spices.
Instructions
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone sheet.
Put chickpeas in bowl, set aside
Combine spices and salt (if using). Add to the chickpeas and toss to combine
Spread chickpeas on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
