This is a fun little refreshing recipe to help cool you down on a hot day! The fresh mint and matcha tea give such a fantastic boost of antioxidants!
Ingredients
✓ 3 teaspoons matcha powder
✓ 2 ½ cups frozen pineapple
✓ 1 – 1 ½ cups canned pineapple (in juice)
✓ 15 – 20 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Place all the ingredients (just 1 cup of canned pineapple) in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to add in about ½ cups more of the pineapple (with juice) to help get it soft enough to blend up.
