Description
This low-fat mayonnaise substitute is made with silken tofu.
Ingredients
✓ 1 12.3-ounce package firm or extra-firm, low-fat silken tofu
✓ 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
✓ 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
✓ 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
✓ 1/2 teaspoon sugar
✓ 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
✓ 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth.
Chill thoroughly before using.
