Description

Makes about 1 cup

  • ✓ 1/3 cup raw cashews, rinsed (or soaked 4 hours or overnight, drained and rinsed)
  • ✓ 2 tablespoon tahini
  • ✓ 1/3 cup water
  • ✓ 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ✓ 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • ✓ 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ✓ 1 large garlic clove, peeled
  • ✓ 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • ✓ 2 teaspoons (capers)
  • ✓ 1 teaspoon caper brine
  • ✓ ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ✓ ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and creamy. 

Serve with Caesar salad.
