  • ✓ 1 12.3 oz pkg Mori-Nu firm tofu
  • ✓ 2 - 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ✓ 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ✓ 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ✓ 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • ✓ 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ✓ 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Store in an air-tight container in your refrigerator.
