1/3 cup quinoa

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

  1. Soak a third of a cup of quinoa for 2-4 hours in a jar with a loose top.
  2. Drain, rinse, and replace the water, making sure the quinoa is covered with water.
  3. Store the bottle, loosely covered, out of direct sunlight for 1 to 3 days. Replace the water twice a day by repeating the drain-rinse cycle.
  4. You’re done when sprouts appear and become an inch long. You can eat them now or let them sit near a window and allow them to get a green color, and then eat them.
