Freakin’ Great Freekeh and Cauliflower With Garlic Tahini Sauce

ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

  • ✓ 1 large, tightly packed head of cauliflower
  • ✓ Sliced into bite-sized florets 2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil Salt
  • ✓ Freshly ground black pepper

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!

  1. Roast the cauliflower in an instant-pot at 400 degrees or oven. Spray the inside with non-stick spray and lightly spray the cauliflower.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and arrange the florets in a single layer on a large, rimmed baking sheet if using an oven. If using an instant-pot, a couple layers works well.
  3. With either method, roast for 20 to 30 minutes, tossing halfway, until the florets are deeply golden on the edges.
